LEONIE KRIPPENDORFF
DIRECTOR/WRITER
Leonie Krippendorff is a director and writer based in Berlin. She studied film direction at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf.
Her graduation film "Looping" was shortlisted for the German Film Award 2019. Her second feature film "Kokon" was selected as the opening film of the Generation 14plus competition at the Berlinale. Even before the premiere of "Kokon," Krippendorff was named one of the "10 Europeans to Watch 2020" by Variety.
In 2021, she directed and co-wrote the first German mini-series “Loving her” about lesbian love.
